Service to Country
Christopher W. Lempesis, Jr., graduated from Clemson University in 2000 before enlisting in the Georgia Air National Guard. Following September 11, 2001, he was activated into the United States Air Force and served on active duty before returning to the National Guard.
Legal Education
After his military service, Christopher pursued his legal education and graduated with the inaugural class of the Charleston School of Law in 2007. He later earned a Master of Laws from Tulane University Law School and clerked for the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
Professional Experience
Upon entering private practice, Christopher developed a focus on professional malpractice litigation. His practice includes professional liability matters involving medical, dental, and legal malpractice, as well as catastrophic personal injury claims.
Bar Admissions
Christopher is a member of the South Carolina Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
